Because our work includes reserved editorial capacity and custom research, fees for completed or in-progress milestones are not generally refundable. If delivery materially departs from the agreed scope, contact us promptly so we can make it right.
Unused retainers
Any treatment of unused prepaid retainer amounts will be set out in the relevant service agreement.
